Jennifer is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Instructor at Innate Path and Contributor of Psychedelic Midwives Radio. She has more than a decade of experience in community mental health, substance use treatment, and crisis response. Her own healing work with psychedelics reshaped her understanding of transformation and drew her toward practices that work at the roots of suffering rather than its surface.
In her sessions, Jennifer supports clients in reconnecting with the body’s inherent capacity to heal. She works directly with the felt sense—helping people contact emotional and relational patterns as they live in the nervous system, address protective strategies with compassion, and metabolize the charge held in the body. Her approach invites awareness to dissociation, unconscious beliefs, and the places where experience has split off, guiding these parts back into connection at a pace the body can tolerate.
Jennifer also values the symbolic and intuitive layers of inner work, helping clients explore the imagery, meaning, and inner guidance that naturally arise when the body begins to unwind old stories. Through this blend of somatic awareness, relational presence, and depth-oriented exploration, she supports people in rebuilding trust in themselves and in their own embodied wisdom.
Grounded and steady, Jennifer creates a therapeutic space where clients can move toward genuine change while feeling supported and resourced. Outside of her work, she practices yoga, spends time on the trails with her dogs, and stays nourished through community.
