Nicole Sylvestre, MA, LPC
After exploring a wide range of Eastern and Western healing modalities, discovering the Innate Path model was what finally began to move the needle in Nicole’s own healing. She started to experience a level of freedom, clarity, sovereignty, and wellbeing she hadn’t previously thought possible. She now shares the Innate Path approach not only because the theory resonates, but because she has experienced its transformative effects from the inside out.
Nicole is known for her ability to create a deeply safe and sacred therapeutic space. Bringing authenticity, vulnerability, and a down-to-earth sense of humor into the room, her relational style helps clients feel at ease while engaging even the most difficult material.
Her work supports clients in accessing a nonjudgmental, accepting awareness within themselves that can be difficult to reach alone. With compassionate holding for past pain while gently working with the body to release stuck energy, rigid patterns of shame, self-criticism, and unconscious defenses begin to soften. In their place, self-compassion, curiosity, and embodied presence can naturally emerge—the ground from which healing naturally occurs.
The therapeutic relationship is central to this process. She believes relational wounds heal through new relational experiences in the present moment—through receiving the care, validation, and attunement that may have been missing earlier in life. While the Innate Path model anchors her work, she thoughtfully integrates elements from her broader training to meet each client’s unique needs, supporting healing across the interconnected realms of body, mind, and spirit.
